This year our conference will address the topic of DIGITAL LOYALTY REVOLUTION. We will host international guests and present best practices and cases, in addition to the yearly research on Italian consumers and companies.

We will discuss about investments in loyalty, digital marketing and Martech, about the new loyalty management trands based on data and analytics, and about the role of rewards and content marketing for customer loyalty.

Our workshop is organized thanks to ADVICE GROUP, dunnhumby and Promotion Magazine.
