Cristina Ziliani: Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of Parma, she lectures in “International Branding and Retailing” and “Economia del Micromarketing”. Her research activity is focused on loyalty marketing and direct and database marketing. She is director of the Osservatorio Fedeltà since 1999.

Silvia Bellini: Researcher in Marketing at the University of Parma, she lectures in “Web Marketing” and “Economia e Gestione delle imprese”. Her research activity is focused on loyalty in digital environments. She joined the Osservatorio Fedeltà in 2001.

Marco Ieva: He earned his master degree in Trade Marketing with a major in “Marketing Intelligence for Decision Making” at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Parma and is now junior research associate with Area Marketing and Osservatorio Fedeltà. His focus is on research methodologies applied to loyalty marketing.
The team, depending on the project, can tap in its large national and international network of managers and academics, who support research activity and the workshop. In the “Atti dei Convegni” section you can access some work that stemmed from this cooperation.
